Anyone who’s had their heat quit during extremely cold weather understands the value of preventive maintenance. That’s why most of our customers are enrolled in a Romanelli & Son service plan. A service plan ensures that your heating system is working optimally – saving you fuel and stretching your energy dollars. Plus, our plans include your periodic tune-up, which can help to identify minor problems before they become major headaches – saving you time and money. Your tune-up also helps cut emissions, which helps to protect the environment.
Our Service Plans
Romanelli & Son offers several service plans – each offering a different level of coverage to meet your needs:
SUPERIOR PLAN
Our biggest-selling plan and your best overall value!
Covers nearly 100 parts plus labor, including combustion components, and water, oil and air distribution parts for up to 5 zones. Plus, you get water heater repair and parts replacement. The Superior Plan also includes preventive maintenance to increase your system’s performance and longevity.
PARAMOUNT PLAN
Similar to our Superior Plan, with the addition of oil tank replacement and valuable equipment allowances.
ADVANTAGE PLAN
Covers over 40 basic combustion and oil distribution parts, plus preventive maintenance. Does not cover water, oil or air distribution parts, and therefore does not cover heating zone work.
CHOICE PLAN
Covers labor only (no parts), Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. You may call once a year for your efficiency inspection and preventive maintenance, however, you will be charged prevailing rates plus tax for this service.
Terms and Conditions
To qualify for a Romanelli & Son service plan, you must meet the following criteria:
- Coverage is subject to inspection of your equipment.
- You must purchase all your fuel from Romanelli & Son.
- Coverage is limited to particular parts as described in the brochure for each plan. Work performed on parts not covered by the agreement will be billed in accordance with regular rate schedule.
- Romanelli & Son is not responsible for consequential or indirect damage caused by heating system failures.
